  • Trademark Search & Consultation
    • It’s ideal to research and file your Trademark application as soon as possible, to avoid complications down the road, and potentially losing a name or logo you love. Although, even if you haven’t filed, there are some strategic actions you can take to protect the name you love.
    • We can help you adjust or optimize your mark to maximize your rights upon registration.
  • Trademark Registration Services
    • We register your Trademark on the federal register to put the whole nation on notice that you’re claiming your mark as your own.
    • We’ll recommend a strategic classification for your goods/services to ensure the success of your application and the prolonged strength of your mark.
    • Generally, you’re required to use your mark in commerce before filing, however, Intent-to-Use (or “1(b)”) applications can be filed up to six months before it’s displayed in commerce. This is a tricky and time-sensitive process, and we can help you decide if it’s right for your business needs.
    • After your Trademark application is filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) the Office may return an adverse action against your application before accepting or rejecting it. Our registration services include response and appeal actions at no extra cost.
  • Trademark Monitoring & Policing Services
    • Trademarks are a unique form of Intellectual Property, in that their rights can be diminished or lost entirely as a result of the public’s use of it. We’ll watch your mark and alert you to the use, application, or registrations by third parties that may infringe on or compromise your Trademark rights.
    • We’ll forward a Calendar of important dates and renewal deadlines, as part of our Trademark Renewal Alert and Filing service.
  • Litigation & Enforcement Services

  • Preliminary federal database search by a Trademark attorney for direct or like conflicts;
  • Notice and opinion on all potential conflicting Trademarks and recommended adjustments to your application or Trademark;
  • Review and recommendation of your most strategic choice of classification of goods/services;
  • Recommendation regarding a “used in commerce” or “intent-to-use” application as well as registration on the principal or supplemental register;
  • Federal filing by a Trademark Attorney;
  • Responses to procedural issues and actions by the USPTO;
  • Status reports on the progress of your application;
  • Forwarding of your official U.S. Certificate of Registration;
  • Calendaring of all important dates and renewal deadlines;
  • Research on all potential refusals of your Trademark application;
  • Cease & Desist Correspondence.
